Everyone and anyone can do pilates! Whether you’re recovering from an injury, or you are simply looking to help improve your balance and coordination…pilates is for you! Pilates welcomes people of all ages and fitness levels including beginners, professional athlete’s, pregnant or postpartum mom’s — there truly is something for everyone.

Comfortable and fitted workout attire is recommended, most importantly without zippers please! Grippy socks are required when booking a reformer session.

Please be sure to fill out the new client questionnaire and let us know of any injuries and health conditions we should be aware of before your session. Other than that, come prepared to work hard and have fun!
